Tanya Mitchell joined the team in January 2016. She began her career in residential real estate when she was still in high school. At the age of 16, Tanya was a “runner” for a local law firm and from there she developed a passion for residential real estate. In 2002 Tanya became a real estate paralegal and has gained experience in a wide range of real estate closing roles. She has worked with builders, lenders, and realtors for residential closings. Her role focuses on title abstracting and examination. She navigates title searching and preliminary title opinions allowing closings to proceed without issue.
In addition to caring for her family and pets, Tanya is an avid quilter. She enjoys making tee-shirt blankets and afghans. Tanya is a proud supporter of her son and local youth baseball.
