Kenneth Gwynn
Born in Charlotte, North Carolina, Kenneth Gwynn graduated cum laude from Wake Forest University in 1981. Mr. Gwynn also received his JD from Wake Forest University in 1984. He was a member of the law review at Wake Forest School of Law and was admitted to the North Carolina Bar in 1984. Mr. Gwynn practiced law from 1984 to 2001 with the firm of Kirk, Kirk, Gwynn & Howell in Wendell focusing primarily on residential real estate.

Ken Edwards
Ken Edwards is originally from Johnston County, North Carolina, growing up in the small town of Pine Level. Mr. Edwards received his undergraduate degree from UNC at Chapel Hill in 1987 and his JD from UNC at Chapel Hill School of Law in 1990. He was admitted to the North Carolina Bar in 1990. After brief stints with two area law firms, Ken began a solo practice in 1994 and developed a strong North Raleigh following in residential and commercial real estate.

Anita Getter
Anita has focused on practicing real estate since 2004. Much of Anita’s experience comes from representing a wide variety of clients with real estate at all price points and using diverse financing structures. She also works closely with local brokers, lenders, investors, and agents to guide them through the closing process. Anita assists many small to medium size builders with their development projects and loans. Her experience allows the office to handle a high volume while still maintaining quality, attention, and care for each customer.
