Stacy Ballard joined the team in June 2017. She is our Supervising Paralegal in charge of Title Abstract Operations. When she initially joined G&E she was our pre-closure then transitioned into Title Abstractor for our Relocation Department. She began her career in residential real estate in 2007 by obtaining a real estate license. In 2012 Stacy obtained her Certificate in Paralegal Studies from Duke University. Stacy has used her knowledge and experience from residential sales and applied it on many levels working at Gwynn, Edwards, & Getter. Stacy moved from upstate NY on the Canadian border where snow falls in feet not inches. Stacy is also a Nazareth College Alumna. She received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Political Science. She loves spending time with her family.
