Liza Eaton joined the team in June 2015 and concentrates in the practice areas of commercial real estate and residential closings for large-scale builders. Some of the tasks Liza assists with are facilitating communication between attorneys for buyers and sellers, preparing and reviewing legal documents, closing statements and disclosures, reviewing legal descriptions of land and property surveys, and ordering and reviewing entity documents.
Originally from Wilson, North Carolina, Liza resides in Raleigh with her husband and two children.
Liza earned the designation of North Carolina Certified Paralegal (NCCP) in November 2015.
