Bonnie Siano joined the team in July 2016. She brings to Gwynn & Edwards 15 years of experience as a real estate paralegal. Most of Bonnie’s experience has been with REO and resale real estate closings. She has also had experience working in pre-closing and post-closing, covering almost all aspects of the closing process.
A North Carolina native, Bonnie relocated to the Raleigh area with her family in 2004. She currently lives in Knightdale with her husband and two sons. Bonnie is a proud alumnus of East Carolina University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management (2001). She enjoys attending Pirate sporting events in Greenville, NC with her family and friends. She also enjoys keeping up with her boy’s endless pursuits of sports and outdoor activities. There is never a dull moment away from the office.
