Angie Cockman joined the team in January 2023. She has over nineteen years of legal experience, specializing in title work, and residential and commercial real estate closings from start to finish. Currently, her main focus is new home closings for a large national builder and commercial title work and closings. Angie’s broad range of real estate paralegal expertise & knowledge allows her to assist on multiple levels within our firm. This makes her a valuable asset working in combination with buyers, agents, lenders, and our legal team.
Angie was born in Charlottesville, VA but has spent the entirety of her adult life in Raleigh. She has been happily married her to high school sweetheart for 24 years and is the proud mother of two sons who are the light of her life. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling to vacation destinations, attending concerts, playing card games, and watching college basketball.
Angie earned the designation of North Carolina Certified Paralegal (NCCP) in 2007.
