Combining expertise in both commercial and residential real estate, Ken has represented a variety of clients in over 15,000 transactions since 1990. In addition to managing one of the Triangle’s largest new construction real estate practices and representing many of the area’s top home builders, Ken also assists and successfully closes properties for the buyers and sellers of many of the region’s elite real estate agents.
Much of Ken’s commercial experience comes from aiding many of the leading commercial brokers and investors in North Carolina. Ken has also developed a strong commercial lender practice overseeing on behalf of his lender clients numerous commercial loans varying from single tenant investment properties and apartment complexes to multi-tenant mixed-use projects.
Ken often is tasked with business entity formation in his real estate representation and has successfully formed over one thousand business entities throughout his career. Assisting both for-profit and non-profit, Ken specializes in entities for real estate investments and Home Owners Association.
Honesty and hard work are the cornerstones of Ken’s successful practice. Blessed with a beautiful, loving wife and two great sons, Ken enjoys spending time with his family. Devoted members of Wake Forest United Methodist Church, Ken, and his wife have enjoyed teaching Middle School Sunday School since 2006. Ken also enjoys volunteering on numerous boards including the YMCA and SPCA.
