Kelsey is a South Florida native who has proudly called North Carolina home since relocating to Raleigh in 2007. She earned her undergraduate degree in International and Global Studies, graduating magna cum laude from Elon University, before receiving her Juris Doctor from the University of North Carolina School of Law. Outside of the office, Kelsey enjoys getting lost in a good book or working on her latest crochet project. A Miami native at heart, she takes every opportunity to be near water and soak up the sunshine.
