Erin has practiced law for over a decade and has a wealth of experience in Real Property Law, Civil Litigation and Contracts Law. Helping others is her calling in life and she finds many different avenues to achieve this each day. Erin uses her strong leadership skills, keen eye for logistical efficiencies and passion for people to help the Firm provide superior legal representation across all practice areas. She currently focuses on Commercial and Residential Real Estate, Business Formation, and Homeowners Associations. She enjoys speaking to brokerages and at conferences to educate attorneys, paralegals, lenders, and realtors about transactional law, title matters, fraud prevention, eNotary advancements and more.
As a seventh generation Raleigh-native, Erin grew up on ACC sports and Eastern-style barbeque. The Triangle holds a special place in her heart as all her family lives here and she loves the convenience of being within driving distance to the beach and the mountains. She is extremely thankful each day for her husband and incredible daughters. Erin loves to attend concerts of all music genres, playing any type of game/sport with her family or just relaxing at home.
